The Executive Search provides thorough exploration, assessment, and appropriate recommendation of all available, qualified candidates for a given Assignment - usually one of vital importance to our clients' continued growth and success. An initial commitment of funds by the Employer is part of this program.
This is a completely dedicated search, which involves locating suitable candidates via inventory contact search, referrals, direct contact recruitment, and advertising. Once identified, candidates are thoroughly assessed so as to ensure that the short list of qualified candidates presented to our client is consistent with the position requirements and performance expectations.
Fees are charged in three stages: first, the Initial Retainer, to commence the search; second, a Progress Portion, which is due once our candidate recommendations have been submitted; third, the Final Portion, due when the successful candidate commences employment with our client.
